Residual Income Mentorship Programme

What is residual income? Residual income, also referred to as passive income, is a revenue stream that continues in the future after the work required to create the revenue has been completed.

Examples of residual income:

  • A musician is paid each time their record is played. This may be years after it is recorded.
  • A writer is paid every time one of their books is sold long after the work of writing it is completed.
  • A life insurance agent is paid commission every time the monthly premium on a policy is paid for as long as the policy is in place. They make the sale and then receive income, possibly for decades, after the work of the sale in complete.

Why is residual income important? Because at some point you are probably going to wish to, or be forced to, stop doing your income generating activity, whether that is a job or a business.
